Date and Time Routines

Detailed Description

This package provides routines related to date and time manipulations (Header Date.h).

It also provides routines to compute the difference in time of arrival of a signal (Header TimeDelay.h) at two detector locations, and also between a detector and the center of the Earth-fixed frame.
